Life happens, we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us directly. If it's outside our hours, leave a voicemail. We appreciate your understanding.

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute delay will unfortunately result in automatic cancellation.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less notice will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled services. No-shows or no-calls will also be charged 50%. Thank you for respecting our team's time.
